Tell us about the pieces you have and want to turn into custom jewelry. We will work via email, text message and/or video calls. Then, we will create a pre-paid insured shipping label for you to use.

Ship your diamonds, gemstones, or jewelry using the insured UPS label we provide.

Package securely: Wrap each item in a small jewelry bag or box.

Inner packaging: Place your wrapped items inside a UPS envelope or padded Pak and affix the “inner label” provided.

Outer packaging: Place the sealed envelope or Pak inside a UPS Express Box and attach the shipping label we emailed.

Drop-off: Bring the sealed package to an official UPS Store (do not use a drop box) to ensure proper handling and insurance coverage.

Once we receive your pieces, we’ll send you a confirmation message. From there, our team will carefully photograph your jewelry, weigh the gold, remove and inspect the stones, and begin the design process for your new piece(s).
