Arianna guarantees the craftsmanship and integrity of every piece created through her atelier. Once a piece is in your hands, responsibility shifts to the client.

We encourage all clients to insure their jewelry against loss, theft, or accidental damage to ensure each piece remains protected for years to come.

Sales tax is calculated based on the local tax laws of the shipping destination provided.

There is a flat rate of $85 to resize your ring + shipping.

Custom work is not eligible for return or exchange.

All jewelry is shipped using UPS with an added jewelry insurance based on the item value. It requires signature upon delivery (or can be held at a UPS store near you).

Atelier Pick Up - no charge.

All packages are insured in transit but once delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.
