We encourage all clients to insure their jewelry against loss, theft, or accidental damage to ensure each piece remains protected for years to come.

I prefer to work with 18k yellow gold and platinum, but I also work in 14k yellow gold.

All of my work is custom work, yes.

Yes. We can melt your gold and credit the amount towards your own custom project. We can use select stones, too.

Sales tax is calculated based on the local tax laws of the shipping destination provided.

There is a flat rate of $100 to resize your ring + shipping.

Custom work is not eligible for return or exchange.

All jewelry is shipped using UPS with an added jewelry insurance based on the item value. It requires signature upon delivery (or can be held at a UPS store near you).

Atelier Pick Up in NY- no charge.

All packages are insured in transit but once delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable.
